Question by : I’m about to finish my CCNP certification. How much can I expect to make?
I have one year experience in network security as a contractor with the 33NWS AFCERT and 6 years in the military as a linguist and intelligence analyst working under the NSA. Currently reside in NC. Trying to give myself a realistic idea of initial earning potential.

If you have done CCNP it would be good for your career. As you are in network security, I would suggest you to do a CCIE training program which is upper version of CCNA and CCNP; in this they teach advance methods for system access and network securities.
