this really depends on the character and self worth of the employer of which you submit your applications to. if the employer actually likes his/her job and cares for it as they should, then any certification, license, experience, and other qualifications will catch their eye. you can rest assured that if they notice these qualities and comment on them then you are more likley to go farther in that business than with a less focused employer.
